BOOZE BOOZE BOOZE!!!
I will now begin a weekly segment on my tumblr titled “BOOZE BOOZE BOOZE!!!” Normally, I try to remember a good brew, vino and sometimes cocktail (but very rarely) so I take notes on my iPhone so I don’t break my head the following morning trying to remember the name.
This week I will talk about Russian River’s Blind Pig IPA from Santa Rosa, CA. It’s a 6.10% ABV and I had it poured in a pint glass and it was a light orange kind of golden color. This brew has a very citrusy scent and similar taste which demonstrates a good balance of citrusy and piney. The carbonation was a bit too overwhelming but nothing unbearable. Overall, I will most definitely have this beer. It was a very enjoyable IPA.
